We started cranking out take out crêpes under the "ZE CREPES" brand at the Scarbrough building on March 13th 2020. Two days before the COVID shutdown.

A little over a year later we re-opened our doors to the public. Since then, we've evolved and adapted our concept growing into this little French inspired cafe in the beautiful mid century deco lobby of The Scarbrough building 

Much more than just a crêpe shop, today we bring to the table our staple crêpes that have been on our menu since day one and we've added a few healthier options as well as wraps and sandwiches for lunch and breakfast.

As we evolved, we wanted to build on what we had created and launched THE SCARBROUGH -a place where you can enjoy our crepes morning day and night along with cocktails and dishes inspired from my Mexican heritage and my French classical training. 

With that change, we have extended our hours into the evening with happy hour and dinner service. Of course you’ll find our signature crêpes but, we've added some playful snacks with flavors and techniques that I've picked up throughout my fine dining career around the world. Creative cocktails and a small, curated wine list and local craft beer round the menu.

Our philosophy remains the same. We use the best ingredients sourced responsibly from local farmers and vendors to maintain the highest quality and best representation of the flavors.
